Conference organization – ICIEICT-2024
The Institute of Solid Mechanics of the Romanian Academy, through Professor Luigi Vlădăreanu, is organizing the International Conference on Innovation of Emerging Information and Communication Technology (ICIEICT’ 2024).
The conference will occur from October 20-23, 2024, in Casablanca, Morocco.
Joint Laboratory Establishment Ceremony
On 10.September.2024, between the Institute of Solid Mechanics of Romanian Academy and Ningbo Polytechnic (China), was held the Establishment Ceremony of the Joint Laboratory of Rehabilitation Nursing Intelligent Robot.
Academic Joint Research Project
In September 2024, the Institute of Solid Mechanics of the Romanian Academy has welcomed the working visit of the partners from the National Research Council of Italy, within the joint research project ”Comparison of CNOSSOS-EU and NMPB methods for road noise modelling in Italy and in Romania” which aims to investigate the application of the new common European method for traffic noise assessment, and to support public Romanian policies in this field.
Sign of MoU with Polytechnic Ningbo University
In june 2024, a MoU was signed between IMSAR and Polytechnic Ningbo University.
The agreement was signed by Prof. PhD. eng. Luige Vlădăreanu and Prof. PhD. eng. Keman Hu
The event was organized on the occasion of awarding the certificate of Visiting Professor to Prof. Luige Vlădăreanu, for the next 5 years at Polytechnica Ningbo University. Participants: the Rector and the Dean of the University, Prof. Hongbo Wang from Fudan University, IMSAR colleagues, the Vice-Dean, and other participants.
